Due to the Covid-19 situation and the cancellation of the AGM scheduled for March 2020, the Committee recently held a virtual committee meeting, and having taken advice that it is constitutionally appropriate to do so, agreed to hold a postal AGM at the end of August.

This serves as notice that all members will receive the relevant documents by 31st August by regular mail; the Committee requests that any responses should be returned to the Secretary in the pre-paid envelope provided by 15th September 2020.

Any members who do not respond will be deemed to agree with any decisions reached at the AGM.  All further communications to members while current restrictions remain in place, will be by mail, e-mail, the NLI website and local advertising.
