The Nairn Literary Institute (NLI) will use your personal data only in order that the NLI can fulfil its society and statutory functions as a Charity.  The data held will include your name, address and contact details so we can keep in touch with you about NLI matters.  At all times we will comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 which replaced the Data Protection Act 1998, and the EU GDPR, which came into force in May 2018.  In becoming a member of the Nairn Literary Institute you give consent for us to hold this data.

You are entitled to ask for the information we hold about you, you may ask for your information to be removed from our data base, and may request it to be updated.
